DigitEMB AMZSELLER WORKSPACE

Terms of service

Version 0.1, 9 October 2026. Applies to AMZ by DigitEMB at amz.digitemb.com. During the pilot the pilot terms apply in addition.

1. The service

AMZ by DigitEMB ("the service") is a reporting and advertising-management workspace for Amazon sellers, provided by DigitEMB ("we"). You need an account, which we open on invitation. You keep your sign-in e-mail address secure and tell us at once if someone else may have used it.

2. Your Amazon accounts

When you connect an Amazon seller or advertising account, you confirm that you are allowed to connect it. You can withdraw the connection at any time in Amazon's own settings or by writing to us.

3. Proposed changes

The service may propose changes to your advertising, such as a bid, a budget or a campaign file. Nothing is sent to Amazon without your explicit approval, and you are responsible for the changes you approve. Automatic rules run only when you switch them on, and you can switch them off at any time.

4. Figures and estimates

Sales, fees and advertising figures come from your own Amazon data and from the reports you upload. Rank, search-volume and competitor figures, when offered, are estimates from third parties and are marked as such. The service helps you decide; it does not guarantee a result.

5. Fees

The pilot is free. Fees for the full service will be published before they apply, and will never be charged without your agreement.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost sales or lost profit.

7. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time by writing to us; we delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We can close an account that breaks these terms or Amazon's policies, with notice where possible.

8. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here with a new version number and date and tell you by e-mail; continued use after the date means you accept them.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, United States, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
